MetroPCS USA - Android Official Unlock (Mobile Device Unlock App)

Please verify that you have the Device Unlock app on your device, connect to Wi-Fi and press Permanent unlock. If you get the message “Unlock Failed..." than your phone will be unlocked with this service, if get any other message please contact us before buying this.

No refund for mesages like "Unable to connect to the server" or "Server not responding."

Once the unlock request is processed, you need to

1. Connect your phone to WiFi

2. Go to play store and install "Device Unlock" app from tmobile.

3. Open app and select "Permanent Unlock"

Phone will check status from server and reboot.

This will work for Android devices that support the Mobile Device Unlock app:

NOTE:

- Can take longer than specified delivery time.  Do not order if you can not wait because we will not be able to cancel orders after they are placed. 

- No weekend processing. Submission every 1 - 2 weeks. 

- Refunds only available for the following error message: "NOT ELIGIBLE FOR UNLOCK".

- Refunds are not available for any other error message including "Server not responding.  Please try again later".  If your device shows one of these messages, try upgrading the firmware or performing a hard reset.

- If your device asks for a code to be entered do not use this service. No refund for mistakes.

- T-Mobile devices not supported.  No refund for mistakes. 

- Verification allowed for up to 7 days. Strict from source.
